No matter what i throw at this woman she ALWAYS delivers. She gets the product in your hands within 5 days unless something has to be ordered like the actual shirt/hoodie etc. i can always count on her to have reasonable pricing on all of her items and she’s never left me on “read”. Return, Exchange & Order Policy

We offer exchanges only—no refunds. Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing sassymamacreativedesigns@gmail.com with your name, item, and reason. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Non-Eligible Items:Clearance, final sale, and all custom/personalized items are final sale.

Custom Orders:A mockup will be emailed for approval before production. Customers must review all details (spelling, colors, layout, etc.). Once approved, no changes can be made.

Rush Orders:Need it sooner than our 7–10 day turnaround? A rush fee will apply.

We no longer accept customer-provided garments. We will do our best to source the items you’re looking for. Full payment is required before any work begins.

Condition for Exchanges: Items must be unworn, unused, and in excellent condition.
