Sassy Mama Creative Designs started in December of 2021. We have grown by leaps and bounds. Serving our local community here in Massillon, Ohio. We started out making items for local sports moms and have branched out to making Sassy and Stylish Designs for everyone from infants and up! We specialize in custom orders for individuals as well as local businesses. If you have any questions we are always here to help and pride ourselves in top quality, and one on one customer service. No matter what i throw at this woman she ALWAYS delivers. She gets the product in your hands within 5 days unless something has to be ordered like the actual shirt/hoodie etc. i can always count on her to have reasonable pricing on all of her items and she’s never left me on “read”. The quality of her items is always on point. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such great customer service from a small business. Never leaves me disappointed. Just picked up our Massillon state champ band and football shirts! Glad she had the band shirt they work just as hard! We waited to buy a state champ shirt in my opinion she had the best design.

Hello. My name is Nicole. I am also known as Sassy Mama. I am the mother of 4 boys and a life long resident of Massillon, Ohio. I have always loved fun and Sassy shirts and decided that I wanted to start making my own. After a few weeks of making some and posting on social media, the orders started rolling in. One of my favorite items to makes is customized sports mom gear! I really enjoy what I do and love seeing smiles on the faces of those who purchase my items.
**Return Policy**
1. EXCHANGES - We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted 5 days after delivery. To start an exchange, send an email to sassymamacreativedesigns@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, item and reason for the exchange. Please allow 10 days for the exchange to be processed once we receive the exchange.
2. ELIGIBLE ITEMS- Clearance items, Final Sale items, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange. We do send a picture of the image and item prior to shipping or delivery. If you have approved the item, the sale is final.
3. CONDITION OF ITEMS EXCHANGED- must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was delivered and must be returned in re-sellable condition.
