No matter what i throw at this woman she ALWAYS delivers. She gets the product in your hands within 5 days unless something has to be ordered like the actual shirt/hoodie etc. i can always count on her to have reasonable pricing on all of her items and she’s never left me on “read”. The quality of her items is always on point. I can’t remember the last time I’ve had such great customer service from a small business. Never leaves me disappointed. **Return Policy**

1. EXCHANGES - We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted 5 days after delivery. To start an exchange, send an email to sassymamacreativedesigns@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, item and reason for the exchange. Please allow 10 days for the exchange to be processed once we receive the exchange. 

2.  ELIGIBLE ITEMS- Clearance items, Final Sale items, and custom or personalized items are not eligible for exchange. We do send a picture of the image and item prior to shipping or delivery. If you have approved the item, the sale is final. 

3. CONDITION OF ITEMS EXCHANGED- must be returned unused and in the same condition as it was delivered and must be returned in re-sellable condition.
